Michelle Gregory
Executive Director
Michelle comes to Mid Cities Women’s Clinic with 14 years of ministry experience as well as experience in managing corporate incentives and events for fortune 1000 companies. She and her husband minister together at Cross City Church to young married adults. Michelle also served for 7 years at Cross City Church as Director of Assimilation. Her passion is to love Jesus and love people. She is known for her ability to see God’s giftedness in others and to position them to fulfill His calling. Michelle is honored to join those here at MCWC who are so faithfully being the hands and feet of Jesus.
Rachael Moore, RN, BSN
Sr. Director of Operations
As the Senior Director of Operations, Rachael supervises the medical volunteers and oversees all clinical care areas to provide excellent and quality care for our patients. Her previous experience in nursing was primarily dedicated to maternal/newborn care which has helped her equip the medical team and provide detailed education for our patients. Rachael and her husband, Ryan, who also works in ministry, are devoted to being a light in the world by spreading the love of Jesus with the skills and talents God has blessed them with.
Denise Epp
Sr. Director of Development
As Director of Development, Denise oversees activities related to fundraising, donor interaction and community events. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology and Master of Science in Cognitive Psychology. Denise was called to non-profit ministry in 2018 and has not looked back. She has been working to increase MCWCs visibility in the community, strengthen the donor base, and unite Christian churches of all denominations to work as one for this life saving ministry. Denise and her husband Jeff have three children.
Cassie Williamson
Director of Patient Advocates
As Director of Patient Advocates, Cassie provides oversight and leadership to the clinic’s non-medical patient services and programs, including training and supervising volunteers. She has an Associates in Human Services from Ivy Tech Community College, and an Associates of Christian Education from Aenon Bible College. She is a current Notary Public for the State of Texas. Cassie has extensive volunteer experience serving, feeding, and ministering to the Homeless, and specifically to women and children. She is blessed with two adult daughters.
Madison Duren, RN, BSN
Nurse Manager
As Nurse Manager, Madison is responsible for leading our nurse volunteers at MCWC and overseeing the needs of our medical services. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and previously worked as a Labor and Delivery Nurse which has assisted her in cultivating excellent education and care for our patients. Madison began as a nurse volunteer with MCWC, but her heart for this ministry and servant led spirit called her here in a bigger way! A dedicated member of Cross City Church and a native of the HEB community, she is inspired to serve the Lord with the talents and skills He has given her.
Maritza Solis
Director of Ultrasound Services
As the Director of Ultrasound, Maritza is honored to lead the ultrasound team who obtain the spectacular images of preborn life within our patients. Having had 20 years of ultrasound scanning experience within the hospitals, obstetrical offices, and other pregnancy clinics, has prepared Maritza for the challenge of showcasing life in its earliest beginnings. She is passionate about the mission of MCWC and happy to get the privilege to watch the Lord do miracles. Maritza is a blessed mom of three wonderful young men.
Kelly Parker
Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, Kelly manages the planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns with the overall goal of reaching women facing unplanned pregnancy. Kelly and her husband are grateful supporters of MCWC. She feels that “The next best thing to being a mom is knowing that I get to contribute with helping other women realize the blessing of becoming a mom.”
Gaby Gonzales
Receptionist Manager
As Receptionist Manager, Gaby oversees and leads our receptionist team to help provide excellent patient service and communication to make everyone feel welcomed. Gaby started working at MCWC in 2017. She is a wife of 9 years, blessed with 3 children and 3 stepchildren. Gaby holds a degree in Medical Billing and Coding, but while being a witness for a sonogram, saw twin babies on the screen. It was then she knew that she wanted to help these women and unborn babies, so Gaby is currently pursuing her degree in sonography at Dallas College.
Missy Allred
Office Manager
As Director of Operations, Missy provides organization and supervision over the clinic. She ensures that business operations flow efficiently, and all resources required to maintain the clinic are available. Missy has a passion for the unborn. She started as an Advocate prior to taking on the role of Director of Operations over 20 years ago. She has been married for 37 years and has 3 wonderful sons and 4 amazing grandchildren.
Paulette Huff
Community Relations Coordinator
As Community Relations Coordinator, Paulette cultivates church and donor relations, including baby showers. Paulette loves to discover stories of women who despite challenges, choose to carry and love their babies. Paulette earned a BA from Hardin-Simmons and an M.ED from UNT and has worked for MCWC for 15 years. She and her husband have 2 adult sons. Her husband leads the Man2Man ministry at MCWC.
